Our in-house experts will continuously track your system performance and flag issues early. With this plan, we will conduct proactive troubleshooting and provide a recurring system health report.

With Sandbox+ Solar providing active monitoring, you can be assured that we’re going to be faster and more reliable at catching faults, saving you weeks of downtime and wasted trip fees (nearly 3 out of 4 issues we see are resolved remotely).

With these smaller issues that fall in that rough 3 out of 4 range, we’ll contact you, providing a quick report on the cause and resolution. If it is a bigger problem, we’ll still identify it early and reach out to discuss troubleshooting and repair options. Anything that falls within your warranty will be handled in house, with Sandbox+ coordinating all communication with the relevant manufacturers.  If it does require a service trip fee, your subscription includes discounts that apply!
