SERVICE TERMS AND WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
Sandbox Solar LLC’s Solar Detach & Reset (Removal & Reinstall) service includes removing existing solar components before roofing work or repairs and reinstalling the system in its original location once work is complete. All services are performed to locally accepted professional standards and assume the existing solar system was originally installed in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Site conditions
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding system size, scheduling, constraints, and existing system conditions. Any undisclosed or unforeseen site conditions may result in additional time or costs. If hazardous materials or unsafe conditions are discovered outside the agreed scope of work, Sandbox Solar LLC will notify the customer and pause work until the hazard is properly addressed by a licensed contractor. This also applies to hail-damaged batteries and battery systems.
Forces of nature
Sandbox Solar LLC is not responsible for system failures caused by animals, weather, natural events, terrorism, or other disasters, including damage or injury from falling snow or ice accumulation. Annual production estimates are not guaranteed due to uncontrollable weather patterns, and Sandbox Solar LLC is not liable for delays caused by products, weather, change orders, or other unforeseen events affecting project completion.
Workmanship Warranty
Sandbox Solar LLC warrants the project for two (2) years against defects in workmanship only. Hardware warranty claims are the sole responsibility of the original manufacturer and are subject to the terms and conditions of any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty.
