Broomfield Home Solar | 8 kW
With the help of the Broomfield Solar United Neighbors Co-operative, Sandbox Solar had the pleasure of mounting this 8 kW home solar installation on this beautiful Broomfield home! This rooftop solar array consists of 20 REC Alpha Pure 400AA solar panels, Enphase IQ8A Microinverters, and an Enphase Combiner 4. It has been a pleasure to work with and get to know the members of the Broomfield SUN Co-Op.
Our mission is to provide our Northern Colorado community with energy self-sufficiency while providing the best customer experience possible. With a complete home solar system installed, these Broomfield residents now produce their own renewable energy and can enjoy the feeling of self-sufficiency!
“Everything is working perfectly. We are a net exporter of electric energy to Xcel! I am looking forward to seeing my Xcel utility bill go down, maybe even to zero someday, once I cap off the gas line. Eventually, the goal is to be completely energy self-sufficient, and I think that is possible with the system that Sandbox Solar has installed for me. The roof and electrical teams were courteous, personable, and professional. Working with the sales and administrative staff has been top-notch. The roofing team arrived on May 2nd. Xcel installed the new net meter and gave me permission to operate on May 24th. That was just over three weeks from start to finish. Just amazing. I am very happy.” – David H.
We are proud to say this Broomfield home solar installation was in partnership with the Broomfield Solar United Neighbors Co-Op. The SUN Co-Op is an incredible initiative for community members to band together to receive savings on solar installations while increasing the use of renewable energy in their community. Thank you to the members of the Broomfield SUN CO-Op for selecting Sandbox Solar as their exclusive solar provider.
