Design Your System

After your site visit, our solar design team will start working on a design for your solar energy system. Design work typically begins two to three weeks following your site assessment, with initial plan sets completed within two weeks.

In-house Installation

Once the plans are set, our team will complete permitting and utility interconnection paperwork, along with a few signatures from you. After that’s complete, we will schedule a time with you to install your solar panels, which includes racking, mounting, and wiring. We will also ensure your system is set up for monitoring your energy production and usage.

The installers, Tyler and Rowan, treated our home like it was their own. They were conscientious and professional and walked us through key decision points. We also needed significant electrical upgrades, and the electrical team, Wyatt and Alex, did an outstanding job working with the challenges of our older home. Sandbox did a detach and reset for us in Boulder when we had our roof replaced (our original solar installer was no longer in business), they did a great job. Really nice group of people, professional, courteous, left everything in good shape. Showed us some squirrel damage we weren’t aware of that had taken a few panels out of service, we added critter guard as a result so we are less likely to have the issue going forward.
