Fort Collins Solar Incentives BOOST:
Below are the differences between the standard Fort Collins Solar Incentives and the recently added BOOST.

To qualify for the Fort Collins Solar Rebate Boost, you must meet the following requirements...
- The Solar Energy System owner must be a residential Fort Collins Utilities electric customer
- Utilize a Participating Solar Contractor (Sandbox Solar)
- System size must be larger than 500 Watts
- The solar energy installation must meet Utilities Interconnection Standards (What is Interconnection?)
- Must be a new solar or battery installation using equipment named on the eligible equipment list
- Applicant must submit a shading analysis if their system is shaded between 9 am and 3 pm (we'll take care of that!)
- If the solar system produces less than 90% of its optimal potential the incentive rate may be reduced
- The entire system must be installed within 6 months of being approved for the incentive application
